What is Vibes Bath and Body's return policy?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. If your item is damaged or incorrect upon receiving, please contact us immediately and we will exchange/refund or issue store credit. This is on a by order basis. Once you contact us we will evaluate and provide the best solution possible.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been fulfilled. Please contact us within 24 hours of order placement through the Contact Us page. Cancellations are not guaranteed after that time frame.

Shipping Information:

We ship all mail via USPS mail. We will only ship to the provided address. If you happen to provide a wrong shipping address, please request an order cancellation and we will do everything we can to help you.

Vibes Bath and Body currently only ships to the United States. 

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, Average shipping time is 5-7 Business Days.


Once payment has been received, then we will begin to process your order. We do not ship orders without proof of payment.

Can my product discolor?

Short answer, yes. Any product with natural herbs, colorants or even fragrance oils have the tendency to discolor. We try our best to depict what the final product will look like, but our products are made in small batches and can differ slightly from batch to batch.
